1. Returns: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
  3. Condition: To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  4. Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
